Yes the Showgrounds are a buzz with excitement as we are nearly ready. The marquees are in place, the big machines are arriving, the poultry cages are clean, the catwalk is half built, the cattle rings are in place, the crafts are being hung, the show jumps are ready to be jumped and the tables are up for the fruit, veg, baking and flower arranging.
KCLR spent two hours with us this morning with their OB Unit. Eimear and co are great at helping us who are not used to talking on the radio to relax. It is a great experience and thanks to our stewards who took part.
KCLR will be back on Saturday for four hours from 10 am to 2 pm.. So call in and say ‘hello’ to your friends across the airwaves.
