A huge thank you and appreciation was given to Irene Purcell at the Annual General Meeting last night as she stepped down from her role of treasurer of the show.
Her tenure of office began in 1994. Since then she has put life and soul into the job. As the show has grown over the past 25 years Irene has put in place structures dealing with that growth. As our auditor said Irene has made her job so much easier.
On behalf of all members and friends of the Iverk Show we say ‘thank you Irene’. It will be great to see you around the showgrounds enjoying visiting areas you have not seen for years.
